How it started
Philadelphia Butler grew out of a simple frustration: premium residential buildings in Center City lacked a reliable, white-glove service layer for the everyday tasks that matter most to residents.
Our founder, a longtime Rittenhouse Square resident, spent years coordinating seasonal storage, event setups, and building logistics through a patchwork of vendors — none of whom understood the rhythms of high-rise living.
